Okay...do I need to worry about what my fpr is set at? I dont have a gauge yet till Thursday. Should I just drive it how it is and look at how much gas I am burning? Or what?

    Well,

Thats kind of difficult to tell. You don't have the gauge??? Ug......well, I wouldn't necessary drive the car. Maybe others could chime in, but it is kinda shady putting on a FPR, and then not having a gauge. You never know what the B&M one is set at. You could ask the guy you bought it off of what he had it set at, that would give you a good idea. Did you tamper with the settings at all? Ask the guy what he had it set at. With your car, you want static pressure (0vac,0boost) around 42-45psi I believe.

I emailed the guy who I bought the fpr from and he said it is set at 55psi...what should I do? Is that ok? HELP!

Oh yeah I just have bolt ons and ctr cams right now.

Okay this morning I tried to adjust the fpr and my friend told me to loosen it about 1/4 of a turn and I did so but then the nut was complete loose? There was no pressure on it so i put it back how it was. I did not take any hoses off and did this while the car was off. I also noticed I am leaking a little fuel on the opposite side of the fuel line on the fuel rail. I am such a noob!

You said that you loosened the B&M nut 1/4 turn and it was completely loose? You are supposed to loosen the nut, then turn the entire top part (above the nut) 1/4 turn, then retighten the nut. I don't know if 1/4 turn will bring your fuel pressure down to ~45 psi, but you really should get a B&M underhood pressure gauge before fiddling with that.

It sounds like I am adjusting the FPR WRONG!? I only have one NUT at the top of the fpr. What am I supposed to turn to adjust it after I loosen that nut up?

Is this the B&M FPR that bolts onto a stock FPR (blue anodized body, not very big)?
[edit] - if it's the FPR in the cspeed picture, keep reading.
Loosen the nut (it's a jam nut) and then turn the brass screw where the vac. hose attaches. You'll notice that there are 2 flats next to where the hose attaches - it takes something like a 5mm or 3/16 wrench, I don't remember and I'm too lazy to go out in the garage to check.
I'd tell you how much to turn, but I've got a bleed hole dilled in mine to relieve idle pressure and my figures wouldn't match your results.

Yeah it is a B&M fpr that you mount on the modified stock fpr. Anyone got any ideas? I fixed the vacuum leak and I am not seeing any black smoke of running rich.

Don't drive it hard until you get the fuel pressure gauge. Even then, you really need a wideband o2 sensor to see what the A/F is under boost - adjust pressure accordingly.

Someone else can probably say for sure, is the Integra fuel pump able to maintain elevated pressures at WOT? I know the Civic pump wasn't up to it.

I am boosted only by my cold air intake stick and filter. lol Anyway I went to the dyno and they put the fpr gauge on and it was at 55-56 with the hose disconnected and they left it like that for the tuning. Everyone has been telling me to put it at 45-46psi??? My numbers were very weak. VaporTrail dynoed my car and I pushed 156/122...basically a stock gs-r. I mean the first baseline run I made 157/118. I did make like 20hps at 5.5krpm and the whole graph was smoothened out.
